Few people know the ins and outs of Austin, Texas like Jennifer Stevens. For more than 20 years, she’s navigated the city’s growth, zoning shifts and even a few event-day hailstorms. She turned her instincts, impeccable organization and basic get-it-done attitude into legendary events. From celebrated entertainment experiences to record-breaking fundraisers, Jennifer steered Austin Best Events as it set a new standard for Austin event marketing.

Jennifer never allows logistics or egos to get in the way of extraordinary ideas and accomplished goals. Whether she’s overseeing celebrity appearances, designing multi-event marketing campaigns or navigating the international protocols of state dinners, she stuns her clients with a balance of imagination, limitless energy and attention to details. She may be the firm’s president, but if a prop moves slightly out of place, Jennifer spots it and fixes it herself before others even notice.

When three high-profile celebrities wanted to experiment with combining their fundraising power, Jennifer took the reigns. She designed an event exceeding all expectations to become an annual event and the most profitable fundraiser Austin had ever seen. When Pope Francis announced a visit to the U.S.-Mexico border, Jennifer and her team envisioned a truly united moment for sister cities El Paso, Texas and Juarez, Mexico. On top of coordinating logistics with numerous international, federal, state, local and church bodies, her team pulled off an unprecedented international simulcast of the papal event, allowing Pope Francis and crowds on both sides of the border to see and hear each other.

Jennifer places the same creativity and work ethic into all events. Clients often marvel that in a matter of minutes they might see her greeting VIP guests, relaying lighting instructions via her headset and moving last-minute overflow chairs herself. She builds her teams from those imaginative, resourceful and committed to flawless excellence. The team lives by the standard that no task is too big or too small if it guarantees a client’s success.

Jennifer’s commitment to Austin extends beyond her businesses, with dedicated support of the Austin community. She serves as board president of the Susan G. Komen Austin Affiliate and as a board member of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Austin Gives and Foster Angels of Central Texas. She actively supports community children’s issues, as a member of the Dell Children’s Hospital Trust and a founding member of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Texas Women of Courage. An enthusiast Texas Longhorn, she also champions her beloved alma mater The University of Texas at Austin on numerous projects and endeavors.

A native of Denton, Texas, Jennifer and her husband raise their three children, Morgan, Mikie and Elle to appreciate the unique city they call home and love Texas Longhorn sports.
